Welcome to Caya!

Caya stands for Come As You Are, and that’s exactly how we hope you show up.

Today, we’re building the Caya Community in 3 key ways:

1

The Caya Newsletter. Your un-fancy one-stop-shop for products, resources, tips, and hacks, tried and tested by real moms like you.

2

“We Are Caya,” our “free-therapy” podcast, where real moms tackle a different subject each episode, and take calls and questions from listeners.

3

The Caya App. Coming soon, our live chat app is a safe space for moms 35+ to get real, and feel seen.

Sign up for our newsletter and feel seen.

Our Story

Caya was created by Kennedy Reynolds, a mom of 5 kids under 10, who burned out, and craved deeper, easier connection with moms her age.

A long-time leader at a tech startup, Kennedy had an idea for a simple, accessible app that made it easy for her generation of moms to talk.

Not "like".

Not "comment".

Not "compare".

Kennedy envisioned a safe space for moms 35+ to Come As You Are and truly connect about the good, bad, and WTAF that comes with the job.

Founding Members

Realizing she couldn’t do it alone, Kennedy recruited a group of dynamic, imperfectly perfect women to serve as Caya Founding Members.

Together, we’re building a brand with a simple mission...

Our Mission

To uplift moms everywhere by making motherhood less lonely, and more honest.

We’re dreaming big, and focusing on progress over perfection.

We’re also being moms, women, partners, leaders, friends, daughters...

alllll the things.

We’re building something meaningful with Caya, and doing our damn best to give ourselves grace along the way.

Our vision is a world made better

because Mom is better.

Come as you are and join the journey!
